We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid ads management and social media strategy. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand growth and conversions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for creating impactful, targeted ads and managing engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Handle social media pages, regularly posting photos, videos, and other content using high-quality, catchy, and viral techniques across all platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve results.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ads, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
  • Recommend plans for ad spend with potential expected returns and expenditure forecasting.
  • Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Produce detailed reports on the performance of digital campaigns and social media growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Must be able to work as a team, collaborating effectively with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and ad platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for social media engagement.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
